2003 Cimarossa Cabernet Sauvignon ~ Our first vineyard designated wine is a huge, intensely concentrated, balanced Cabernet Sauvignon with tamed tannins from the small Cimarossa Vineyard on Howell Mountain. This 2003 vintage Cabernet was barrel aged 32 months in French oak and bottle aged nearly 2 years before release... It is finally ready to show what Howell Mountain and Bremer Family can produce. Another wonderful BIG BOLD BREMER wine.
