2003 Cabernet Sauvignon
A massive brooding Cabernet Sauvignon laced with wild mushrooms, plum and chocolate overtones, the 2003 exhibits integrated luscious tannins helped along by the more than 30 months of barrel ageing and an additional year in the bottle prior to release.
